Your Company Name According to the Cabinet Office requirements, any Company name involving Royal / Crown or the name of a member of the Royal Family must be specially approved by the Cabinet Office, otherwise the relevant name will not be approved. Any client forced the registration of the relevant name, our Company still recognises the registration completed and will not make refund when the application is rejected.

Companies House's reserve the right to reject

The Companies House may reserve the right to reject your application during the period of Due Diligence's check. The application fee £75 + VAT cannot be refund.

	Free to get the Bank Card for ATM withdrawn and payment purpose.

	There is no refund terms when your application is rejected by bank management or approval with condition, it is treated as complete of application.

SERVICE NOTE AND REMARK

1.	All prices are listed in Sterling (GBP) and exclude 20% UK VAT.
2.	The service fee is including 2 personal directors and 2 personal shareholdings. The corporate director or shareholding needs to make the separate quotation. Additional personal director or shareholding is £ 30 per person.
3.	The customer should provide the proof of identity and proof of address in Original or Certified True Copy for our due diligence purpose.
4.	The "Day" means "Working Day" and start from the next working day of Applicant Day, it is not including Saturday, Sunday, Northern Ireland Bank Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension Day issue by England Government. All working hour does not including the Transportation of Documents. All of the Documents should use Courier to delivery. For the Registered Mail will be delivery to outside of United Kingdom.
5.	The service scheme is only work for personal shareholding and the issue capital not more than £ 10,000. We should issue the separate quotation if the share capital is more than £ 10,000. We reserve the rights to collect the wealth proof if the share capital is more than £1,000 to fit the anti-money laundry policy by EU and UK.
6.	Unless the application reject by us, the fee will not be refund when the Companies House reject because the problem status cause by the Director(s) or Shareholder(s).
7.	Since the United Kingdom's Company has terminated the mandatory use of seals (also known as Company Stamp / Company Chop) in commercial documents and official documents, we will not provide the relevant seals. If client have related business needs, they can place an order with us for a fee of £48 + VAT.
8.	The due diligence should be done by us. If the customer cannot pass the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations, the individual or legal entity will not be able to apply for our company's services.
9.	Our Company only prepare, submit the documents that those information provided by applicant and collect the filed documents. If the application is rejected by government, we will no any responsibility to make refund or compensation.
10.	The fee schedule start from 22 April 2024, there will not be notified when any changes.
