One Stop Shop (OSS) Registration

The EU "One Stop Shop" VAT service, you can use this system to handle all VAT accounts in the EU area in one stop, and use the British pound as the currency settlement unit.  Moreover, you do not need to make additional customs declarations and pay the import VAT when you sell to the buyer from European Union.

SERVICE NOTE AND REMARK

 
 

1.

The currency is in Sterling. Any one of director who are the residence in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Isle of Man, Channel Island and European Union should pay the additional VAT 20%.

2.

The customer should provide the proof of identity and proof of address in Original or Certified True Copy for our due diligence purpose.

3.

Customer who are apply the OSS (One Stop Shop), you are required to present the following member states of VAT number and that Company which are registered in the following member states: Austria / Belgium / Bulgaria / Croatia / Cyprus / Czechia / Denmark / Estonia / Finland / France / Germany / Greece / Hungary / Ireland / Italy / Latvia / Lithuania / Luxembourg / Malta / Netherlands / Northern Ireland / Poland / Portugal / Romania / Slovakia / Slovenia / Spain / Sweden. Please note that Great Britain / Norway / Switzerland are not the members of OSS.

4.

The payment should be the Direct Debit, we cannot accept the other payment method (e.g. by Card, Bank Transfer, Cash deposit).

5.

The "Day" means "Working Day" and start from the next working day of Applicant Day, it is not including Saturday, Sunday, Northern Ireland Bank Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension Day issue by England Government.  All working hour does not including the Transportation of Documents.  All of the Documents should use Courier to delivery.  For the Registered Mail will be delivery to outside of United Kingdom.

6.

Unless the application reject by us, the fee will not be refund when the HMRC reject because the problem status cause by the Director(s) or Shareholder(s).

7.

The due diligence should be done by us.  If the customer cannot pass the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations, the individual or legal entity will not be able to apply for our company's services.

8.

Our Company only prepare, submit the documents that those information provided by applicant and collect the filed documents. If the application is rejected by government, we will no any responsibility to make refund or compensation.

9.

The fee schedule start from 22 April 2024, there will not be notified when any changes.
