The Certified True Copy issued by Notary Public or Carbon copy would not be return to customer after the HMRC inspection.

If the original documents provided by the customer, we would make as the Certified True Copy and send to the HMRC inspection.  The original documents would send back to the customer by International Tracked and Signed Post, and the Certified True Copy would not be returned.

SERVICE NOTE AND REMARK

 
 

1.

The currency is in Sterling. Any one of director who are the residence in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Isle of Man, Channel Island and European Union should pay the additional VAT 20%.

2.

The customer should provide the proof of identity and proof of address in Original or Certified True Copy for our due diligence purpose.

3.

The "Day" means "Working Day" and start from the next working day of Applicant Day, it is not including Saturday, Sunday, Northern Ireland Bank Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension Day issue by England Government.  All working hour does not including the Transportation of Documents.  All of the Documents should use Courier to delivery.  For the Registered Mail will be delivery to outside of United Kingdom.

4.

Unless the application reject by us, the fee will not be refund when the HMRC reject (including refuse the submission of questionnaire) because the problem status cause by the Director(s) or Shareholder(s).

5.

The due diligence should be done by us.  If the customer cannot pass the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations, the individual or legal entity will not be able to apply for our company's services.

6.

Our Company only prepare, submit the documents that those information provided by applicant and collect the filed documents. If the application is rejected by government, we will no any responsibility to make refund or compensation.

7.

The fee schedule start from 22 April 2024, there will not be notified when any changes.
